Return Period:
You may request a return within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Special orders imported from Portugal (see “Special Order Conditions” below)
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted if:

Items are not in original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error

Returns are received more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email [email protected] and send your item to:

Special Order Conditions
Special import orders from Portugal cannot be cancelled or returned. While we make every effort to expedite orders, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You will receive your item within 45 days of purchase.
If your special-order item arrives damaged, email us with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
